2. Description of Service
Trackly connects to your GitHub repositories, monitors commits, and uses artificial intelligence to generate social media post drafts based on your commit messages. You review and approve posts before they are published to your connected social media accounts.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. GitHub and Social Media Connections
- By connecting your GitHub account, you grant us permission to read your repository data and commit messages as authorized by your GitHub permissions.
- By connecting social media accounts, you authorize us to publish content on your behalf after your explicit approval.
- You may disconnect any connected account at any time through your account settings or the respective platform.
5. AI-Generated Content
- The Service uses AI to generate draft posts. These drafts are suggestions and may require your review and editing before publishing.
- You are solely responsible for the content you publish through the Service, including any AI-generated content you approve.
- We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or error-free.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
- Publish content that is hateful, abusive, threatening, or harassing
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
- Use the Service to spam or send unsolicited content

7. Intellectual Property
- The Service, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Trackly and protected by intellectual property laws.
- You retain ownership of your original commit messages and any content you create or edit.
- You grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service.
8. Pricing
The Service is currently free for all users. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or plans in the future with advance notice.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trackly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
